T.J. Wells started Appraising in April 2002, and started Sun Coast Appraisal Services in November 2005.

T.J. originally went into appraising when he accepted a position from an old high school friend from Louisville in Sarasota. T.J. is a certified "health nut", and a graduate of Bishop David High and Jefferson Community College.
